Write a letter to the editor of a newspaper complaining for the brutal use of pressure horns.

Dear Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, i would like to draw attention of transport authorities as well as law enforcement agencies towards one of the most sensitive and serious problem.
The issue, which has hit the people of the whole city is the noise pollution, brought about by the brutal use of pressure horns. Although, it is strictly prohibited near the hospitals,residential areas,and educational Institutions.But to the Bus and the Truck drivers,it appears as cry in the wildness.They break the law over look the rule and float the norm as a routine.
The smoke producing vehicles,when make liberal use of pressure horn;create
dangerous and multiply kind of pollution.Enforcement agencies and traffic police seem helpless and indifferent to all these happenings.The public protectors become prosecutors and only run after their victim in corners to inquire about their license and required documents.
It is the need of the hour that authorities concerned takes immediate and strict
steps such lawlessness and brutal practice.
